Dynamic content
Also called: personalisation blocks, conditional content
Dynamic content is a block inside a message whose content changes per recipient according to data or rules — a different hero image by country, a different offer by loyalty tier. It lets one campaign serve many audiences, which cuts build time and thins out the near-duplicate sends clogging the calendar. The risk is silent failure: a rule with no matching case renders an empty block or a default nobody reviewed, so every condition needs a fallback and a proof render per branch.
